As everyone knows, China is a country with a long history, vast territory ,56nationalities ,and a large population. If you ask me to say something about Chinese cooking culture,it is indeed a very difficult question.I'm afraid to say it for a whole night .Chinese food can be divided into eight categories as regional division, (Shandong cuisine, sichuan, guangdong, fujian, zhejiang, jiangsu dish, hunan, cuisine).Chinese food has five characteristics that are color, aroma, taste, meaning and form. There are variety kinds of Chinese cuisine's cooking method. Such as stir-frying,deep-frying,quick-frying,slippery-frying,,shallow-frying,braising,boiling,and dip-boiling. Only the cooking way of quick-frying can be divided into sauce-lot way, which means when you quick-fry something it will be put into a lot of sauce,oil-lot way . And also many dessert and many sugar-lot flavor cuisines. these cuisine's cooking method include wire drawing and honey sauce, in addition, the wire and honey all means different kinds' changing state of sugar when we use diverse way to cook it.My home is in the northeast of China . Because of cold climate, northern dishes are relatively oily, and the use of scallion, ginger, garlic tends to be quite popular.Changing falvour may be another main reason. On the table of my hometown,it's usually divided into two parts, which are staple food and cooked food.Cooked food contains soup, wine or beer, hot dishes, and cold dishes. If we eat in a restaurant,Chinese like to eat the dishes while talking or having a drink, and eat the staple food later. the types of staple food have rice, dumplings, noodle, deep fried dough cake, and so on.Among them, the dumpling is the most special troditional food.Dumplings and fish must be eaten on the Chinese New year's Eve. we also eat them in life, because they are delicious.I will show you some pictures and video.I wish you can enjoy them.

Kung Fu Panda reviews
THE GENERAL IDEA:
The synopsis for Kung Fu Panda looks something like this: “A clumsy panda bear becomes an unlikely kung fu hero when a treacherous enemy spreads chaos throughout the countryside in this animated martial arts adventure featuring the voices of Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, and Jackie Chan.On the surface, Po (voice of Black) may look like just another portly panda bear, but beneath his fur he bears the mark of the chosen one.By day, Po works faithfully in his family's noodle shop, but by night he dreams of becoming a true master of the martial arts. Now an ancient prophecy has come to pass, and Po realizes that he is the only one who can save his people from certain destruction. With time running short and malevolent snow leopard Tai Lung (Ian McShane ) closing in, Furious Five legends Tigress (Jolie), Crane (David Cross ), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Viper (Lucy Liu), Monkey (Chan), and their wise sensei, Master Shifu (Hoffman), all draw on their vast knowledge of fighting skills in order to transform a lumbering panda bear into a lethal fighting machine. Now, if the noble Po can master the martial arts and somehow transform his greatest weaknesses into his greatest strengths, he will fulfill his destiny as the hero who saved his people during their darkest hour.”
MY REVIEW:
“The most important element” in any film will vary according to its genre. For a film like Kung Fu Panda clearly the most important element it needed to pull off was comedy. the movie succeeds quite well on this level. At first ,he title of the movie attracted me deeply because Kung Fu originated in China, but a panda is also a national treasure of China. In my opinion,it may be built on the basis of Chinese cultural background.I am very intersted in a movie about my country.so I watched it carefully,Allover, Kung Fu Panda ends up being a funny (not outright hilarious), exciting, well animated and beautiful to look at movie that both kids and even adults will enjoy.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kung_Fu_Panda
The aphorisms creak. The plot's an open book. But all of those clichés are part of the joke in this ebullient ursine coming-of-age tale about a humble panda destined for greatness.
